Jon is President of the DuPont Electronics & Industrial business, a $5.9 billion technology leader, serving the semiconductor, circuit board, industrial, display, digital and flexographic printing, healthcare, aerospace, industrial and transportation industries. In this role, Jon is responsible for setting and driving the business’ strategy and operations to capitalize on transformational market trends and enable differentiation through innovation.   

 
 
 

Prior to being named to his current role, Jon served as Head of Corporate Strategy, leading the overall integration management process related to the DowDuPont merger transaction. Jon served as President, DuPont Electronics & Communications from 2015 through 2017. During that time, he led the re-design of the business’ growth strategy and operating model by prioritizing growth investments and manufacturing improvements. From 2013 to 2015, he was Global Business Director for the Circuit & Packaging Materials business, where he delivered on growth opportunities in the consumer electronics market with a broad portfolio of interconnect solutions.

Jon joined DuPont as a Business Development Manager in 2005 and subsequently held positions spanning commercial, strategy, and business leadership roles across a range of businesses. 

Prior to joining DuPont, Jon was an economist and business development manager for the Utah Department of Community and Economic Development. 

He currently serves on the International Board of Directors for SEMI, an industry association with more than 2,000 members worldwide whose mission is to advance the interests of the global electronics design and manufacturing supply chain.

Jon earned a Bachelor of Arts in economics from the University of Utah, and an MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia.
