Rose Lee
President, Water & Protection
Rose Lee is President of the DuPont Water & Protection business. In this role, Rose leads a diverse business creating water, shelter and safety solutions for a more sustainable world.
Rose joined DuPont in 2015 as Global Business Director, DuPont™ Kevlar® and Aramid Intermediates. In 2016, she assumed the role of President, DuPont Protection Solutions and was named President, Safety & Construction in 2017.
Prior to joining DuPont, Rose held senior leadership positions at Saint-Gobain as Strategy Director, CIO of North America region and a number of General Management positions serving construction, transportation, energy and defense sectors. Prior to Saint-Gobain, she held various engineering and management positions at Pratt & Whitney, a United Technologies company. She also was a Senior Consultant at Booz, Allen & Hamilton in New York City.
Rose is a board member of Crown Holdings, Inc. She has served as a member of the Economic Advisory Council for the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia, Inc., and is a member of Women Corporate Directors, Philadelphia chapter.
Rose earned a Bachelor of Science in aerospace engineering from Cornell University, a Master of Science in mechanical engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and a M.B.A. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
